System Restore Points & Use of  Optimization/Defrag Apps
RE: System Restore & Use Of 3rd Party Defrag & Optimization Software with XP Pro How is a previously-established system restore point affected by later use of defrag/optimization? i.e. Can you still successfully 'roll back' to points established before you ran optimization/defrag programs on your hard drive(s)? I have heard such maintenance may 'damage' the restore points beyond their recoverability/restorability with some Windows OSes 1 person got this answerI do too
